Product Owner/Product Manager (SimCorp Dimension) | f/m/d

• Fluency in business English
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering/IT or similar
• Experience working with SimCorp Dimension (SCD)
• Minimum 3 years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Familiarity with asset and investment management processes
• Customer orientation and communication skills, including presenting complex operational aspects
• Experience in analytical and conceptual work regarding complex application operation landscapes and architectures
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operation, development, and technical architecture
• Strong assertiveness, self-organization, proactivity
• Target-oriented with willingness to learn
• Strong planning, organizational, negotiation, and mediation skills

Nice to have:

• Command of business German
• Experience with back-office functionalities like performance management, direct investments, Crystal Reports, SQL, and other applications in Asset Management environment

• Collaborate with the Business Product Owner in a shared responsibilities model
• Manage business requirements and consult to fulfill business strategy using market and technical innovation knowledge
• Develop, customize, and maintain the Core Application SimCorp Dimension (SCD), especially in fund accounting (IFRS9 & HGB)
• Oversee the entire service life cycle including operational processes, KPIs, service levels, functional and IT upgrades/releases, housekeeping
• Plan and align product roadmap based on target architecture, including technical and security refactoring
• Initiate projects or implement change requests, plan and execute product releases, and conduct sign-off procedures
• Ensure secure and stable run of the product in production including vulnerability and disaster recovery testing
• Manage product costs and involved external staff including procurement and provider management
• Engage the Munich Re standard ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) using Service Now
• Conduct quarterly SLA meetings with reporting, monitor and analyze service quality, and identify optimization potentials
