Staff Cloud Security Architect (AI Solutions | Azure | Databricks | Terraform)

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions in sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal. The company is based in Poland but operates globally through its international network.

• Strong knowledge of Azure architecture and security (network isolation, Private Endpoints, Entra ID / RBAC, Key Vault, encryption).
• Experience securing AI infrastructure, including applications, AI agents, containers, and Python runtime environments with integration to Databricks.
• Proficient in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code and GitHub Enterprise / Actions with experience in migrating from Azure DevOps.
• Ability to combine hands-on coding with high-level architectural work.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Knowledge of audit best practices.
• Permanent residence or work location in Poland.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills in CI/CD, Security testing, and Python.

• Architect and secure AI solutions including AI agents and isolated Python sandbox runtime environments integrated with Databricks and Azure data protection.
• Create and audit repeatable infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Modernize DevOps by migrating from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise, implementing CI/CD patterns, test automation, security gates, and release auditability.
• Define and enforce security standards including Entra ID, Key Vault, and Private Endpoints.
• Mentor engineering teams on security practices and architectures.

Candidates must have a permanent place of residence or work in Poland and fluent English language skills are required. The project language is English. The recruitment process is remote.
