Technical Account Manager Nordics

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012 and operating in over 90 markets, it offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions. In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform for small and medium-sized businesses and agencies. The Nordics team combines strong local market expertise with the global vision of RTB House, focusing on integrating clients' e-commerce websites and mobile apps and optimizing campaigns.

• Proven experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and familiarity with navigating CSV, TCV, and XML files
• Understanding URL anatomy (parameters, values, parametrization rules) and basic knowledge of Regular Expressions
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and mobile measurement partner (MMP) dashboards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Launch advertising campaigns, including verifying tracking code implementation, supervising advertising materials creation, and analyzing product feeds
• Monitor all ongoing advertising campaigns assigned
• Make changes to campaigns to align business objectives with technical deliverables
• Proactively respond to campaign errors and warnings to prevent performance issues
• Work closely with account managers and sales teams to provide high standards of customer service
