Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of professional software development experience with successful complex project delivery.
  • Advanced object-oriented programming skills, preferably in C#.
  • Strong experience in database design, SQL, and backend service development.
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Ember.js, Angular, or React is a plus.
  • Experience in IoT and/or home automation fields is a plus.
  • Proven history of implementing and enhancing unit testing and automated testing strategies.
  • Experience with distributed systems, real-time communications, or high-performance applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.

Obowiązki

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data models for the access control platform.
  • Build and improve device communication layers connecting cloud platform to hardware like panels, readers, and locks, including device configuration and firmware updates.
  • Develop features across the full stack, including web frontend using Ember.js, when required.
  • Lead technical projects end-to-end, including architectural decisions and design reviews ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Mentor and onboard engineers, conduct code reviews, design discussions, and raise code quality standards.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
  • Work hands-on with access control hardware to develop, test, and debug device integrations.
  • Balance rapid iteration with building for scale, robustness, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, hardware/device engineers, and software teams across time zones.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and technical improvements to the team culture.
