You will support the full pre-sales lifecycle for Business Central, including discovery, solution design, and tailored demonstrations. The role requires working closely with Sales and Delivery teams to help customers define solutions and secure new projects. Key tasks include running workshops, estimating effort, responding to RFPs, and positioning Business Central competitively.

Wymagania

Minimum 3 years experience specifically in pre-sales / solution consulting focused on Business Central (not pure implementation)
Proven track record of demos and involvement in successful bids with named deals
Strong knowledge of core Business Central modules: finance, sales/purchasing, inventory, and overview of manufacturing
Ability to translate client business pains into solutions rather than feature lists
English language proficiency at C1+ level for demos, workshops, and bids for UK/Western clients
Clear understanding of moving from requirements to scope sizing and boundaries

Nice to have:

Experience with F&SCM/F&O and ability to position Business Central against F&O
Knowledge of BC ISV ecosystem including Hubdrive, SOFT4Lessee, EDI connectors
Industry specialization in manufacturing, distribution, professional services
Experience responding to formal tenders / public sector
Business Central certifications (MB-800 and functional)

Obowiązki

Conduct scenario-based Business Central demos tailored to specific prospect processes and industries
Facilitate discovery and scoping workshops with prospects during qualification
Gather and structure requirements at bid stage, perform fit-gap analysis
Estimate effort and scope boundaries collaboratively with delivery
Prepare the functional part of RFP / RFI / tender responses
Design high-level solution architecture including Business Central plus ISV selection
Support Business Development Managers in deal qualification and proposal defense
Build and maintain demo environments and reusable demo assets
Position Business Central competitively against SAP B1, NetSuite, Sage, and other partners
Articulate business case and ROI in client's terms
