Senior Business Analyst (K/M)

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes and experience delivering IT solutions in an international team.
• Creative, resourceful and proactive approach to complex problems, with strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in an international environment and collaborate with English native speakers.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting, implementation or an IT company, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
• Leadership and team management skills, with responsibility for team results.
• Good knowledge of German or French.
• Willingness to travel abroad for up to 50% of working time.

• Participating in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, especially insurance companies.
• Independently conducting complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, testing solutions and supporting UAT.
• Working daily with software developers and IT architects.
• Supporting Agile project coordination, mentoring junior team members and taking ownership of assigned areas.
