Wymagania
- Undergraduate degree (preferably in business analytics, statistics, math, or computer science).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an analytical role; experience in People/HR analytics is a significant advantage.
- Strong technical skills including PowerApps (including Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate), Advanced Excel, and Advanced PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience cleaning, manipulating, and combining large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to derive strategic recommendations from data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with HCM software, specifically Workday; ADP and SAP also preferred.
- Technical proficiency in Alteryx and Python.
- Familiarity with AI tools supporting daily work (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
Obowiązki
- Partner with leadership team including People Analytics Manager and Chief People Officer to support strategic HR initiatives (such as diversity, retention, sustainability).
- Maintain and ensure quality control of existing People Analytics dashboards, products, and routine reports.
- Lead dataset development drawing on systems like Workday to build robust architecture for various operational use cases.
- Conduct innovative analyses to inform business decisions, e.g., analyzing exit survey results and performance drivers.
- Provide operational analytics support to HR functions including Recruiting, L&D, and Staffing.
- Design and service Power BI dashboards and build PowerApps tools for effective data visualization.
- Identify and implement data capture and analytics efficiency improvements, including leveraging AI and automation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
