Senior Fullstack Developer - AI Sales Assistant

Procter & Gamble is offering a Fullstack Developer position in their Warsaw Plant & Go location, working on projects at a scale comparable to P&G-sized initiatives with access to world-leading IT partners and technologies from day one.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development emphasizing quality and timely delivery.
• Expert in advanced Python programming, sophisticated design patterns, and building performant APIs with FastAPI.
• Highly proficient in advanced Next.js development.
• Skilled in leveraging metadata for governance of transactional databases, including schema definition and data lineage.
• Experienced in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Working knowledge of data engineering principles, Agentic Application Architecture, AI, ML concepts, and their frameworks.
• Preferred certifications: Azure Developer or Google Cloud Engineer Professional.

• Translate system requirements and user stories into robust, supportable code design.
• Develop and test code to ensure functionality.
• Implement code across the software development life cycle using CI/CD tooling.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, AI engineers, and Data Scientists for integrated systems.
• Participate in application architecture design when appropriate.
