• 7+ years of experience in UX research using mixed methods.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research and analytics tools.
• Experience with benchmarking and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude).
• Proven record of delivering research that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with complex B2B technical products.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with ability to simplify complex findings.
• Experience in global teams is an added advantage.

• Lead and execute end-to-end UX research projects across products and platforms.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and benchmarking.
• Analyze and synthesize user data, create personas, journey maps, and reports to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Deliver compelling research findings through storytelling, workshops, and presentations that drive user-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives, timelines, and requirements while aligning with business and technical goals.
• Incorporate complex business and technical requirements into research planning and execution.
• Provide insights that directly impact product strategies and design roadmaps.
