Junior IT Recruiter

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Hands-on knowledge of direct search tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Good understanding of the Polish IT market, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and key development team roles
• Strong communication skills to build relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and advocate recommendations
• Good organizational skills to handle multiple processes in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset focused on shared team goals
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, automated sourcing assistants) to optimize recruitment workflows is a strong asset

• Running full recruitment cycles for various technical roles to meet client project needs
• Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to understand and prioritize recruitment needs
• Utilizing LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and networking to source passive candidates including niche specialists
• Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring ATS data accuracy and reporting progress to stakeholders
• Staying updated on technology trends and local IT market to optimize sourcing strategies
• Proposing and implementing improvements to Talent Acquisition processes and sharing knowledge with the team
• Ensuring high-standard candidate experience and supporting local employer branding efforts such as industry events and job fairs
• Integrating AI and automation tools into sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate candidate outreach and optimize workflows
