Engineering Manager in DataTech

• Proven engineering leadership experience managing multiple software/data engineering teams
• Strong track record in delivery, planning, prioritization, and execution improvement
• Ability to use delivery data, visualization, and reporting to identify problems and drive improvements
• Strong people-management skills: coaching, performance management, and team development
• Strong technical judgment and collaboration with engineering leads to improve delivery practices
• Experience with GenAI and SDD practices
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset for delivery and long-term quality and maintainability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Identify execution gaps and collaborate with SDE Leads to improve delivery
• Invest in evolving AI-enabled SDLC and SDD frameworks
• Plan and manage short- and long-term capacity and capability
• Allocate team members according to priorities and commitments
• Identify and mitigate capacity and delivery risks

• Manage platform-wide customer support, incident management, and observability
• Balance delivery objectives with technical health and operational necessities
