UI/UX Lead

• Proven UI/UX experience on shipped AAA titles or large-scale projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and user experience strategy.
• Expertise with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Product design experience.
• Ability to work with agile methodologies.

• Oversee the UI/UX design team including task assignment, progress review, and feedback.
• Evaluate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for quality, consistency, and usability across game systems.
• Collaborate with game designers, art directors, programmers, and producers.
• Analyze playtest data and user feedback to improve UI flows and interaction patterns.
• Develop and enforce UI/UX guidelines, visual language, and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions, feature prioritization, and UX documentation.
