• Strong background in learning design, creative services, marketing, branding, or digital education.
• Experience with AI-powered learning solutions and emerging learning technologies.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into execution.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in global and transformational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Budget, resource, and operational management experience.
• Passion for innovation, storytelling, design, and delivering impactful learning experiences.

• Lead the global Design and Marketing function across learning design, creative services, branding, marketing, and communications.
• Define and deliver the creative learning strategy aligned with business and learning priorities.
• Drive the adoption of AI across learning design, content creation, and learner engagement.
• Act as a thought leader on AI-enabled learning and innovation.
• Lead, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary global teams.
• Oversee the creation of engaging learning experiences, campaigns, and communications.
• Use data and insights to improve learning effectiveness and learner experience.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
