In 2026, they launched rtb.com, a self-service platform for small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance.

• Excellent understanding of complex IT systems, from hardware level through software to algorithmics
• Proficiency in programming
• Very good knowledge of Internet protocols and technologies including DNS, HTTP, and cookies
• Knowledge of concurrent programming and distributed systems methods
• Ability to monitor and analyze production systems effectively
• Critical analysis skills for performance evaluation and issue resolution
• General knowledge of high scalability and high availability problems and solutions
• C1 level proficiency in English and Polish
• Background in Computer Science, Algorithmic complexity, and System Architecture (formal CS degree, competitive programming experience like OI/ICPC, or equivalent)

• Design and program a wide range of modules and components supporting over 24 million queries per second with low latency
• Optimize developed software for response time and resource consumption
• Ensure reliability and scalability of built solutions
• Create performance and correctness tests for new system components
• Analyze new technologies for production applicability
• Develop tools for monitoring and analyzing production system operations
• Continuously optimize existing tools and processes
