HR Operations Specialist (with German)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Shared Services, or a similar HR environment.
• Advanced German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2).
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HR platforms.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Execute HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle in line with established procedures and SLAs.
• Manage HR cases and administrative transactions using HR systems and case management tools.
• Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and process records.
• Investigate and resolve process-related cases, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities.
• Maintain and update process documentation and knowledge resources.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, onboarding, and cross-training within the team.
