• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, automation, AI, and stakeholder management.

• Accelerate adoption of standard CI/CD pipelines and deployment services across CTO portfolios.
• Create engineering standards, best practices, guardrails, and governance processes for GCIO initiatives.
• Enable teams through playbooks, training, office hours, templates, and reference implementations.
• Provide dashboards for release frequency, LTTD, pipeline health, and quality signals.
• Deliver automation and AI-enabled engineering capabilities to improve productivity and consistency.
• Collaborate with CTO, platform engineering, QA, architecture, risk, and delivery leaders.
