Technical Engagement Lead - Data & AI (Kraków/Wrocław/Warsaw, Poland)

• 5–8 years of relevant experience with significant ownership of technical projects or client engagements.
• Strong engineering background capable of designing, implementing, reviewing, and debugging production systems.
• Deep expertise in at least one of: GenAI / AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud & Data Platforms, or ML / Data Science, with ability to work across disciplines.
• Strong skills in problem decomposition, system design, and translating business problems into architecture and delivery plans.
• Experience leading engineers or teams and taking responsibility for delivery outcomes.
• Effective communication with clients and senior stakeholders, building trust quickly.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing services is a strong plus.

• Own the engagement end-to-end, including client relationship, delivery outcomes, and team performance.
• Turn client problems into delivery plans, defining objectives, scope, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Own the technical solution, shape architecture, stay hands-on in implementation, and ensure engineering quality.
• Lead and manage the team, fostering a high-performance environment and providing direction and feedback.
• Help grow the business by identifying and shaping new opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to pre-sales and new client engagements.
