Senior AI Solutions Engineer with Python

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications beyond API querying or notebook experimentation
• Strong experience with Python, LangChain, cloud technologies, and LLM-based application development
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Excellent collaboration skills to translate complex business logic into automated workflows with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to support agentic roadmap development from initial classification to action workflows

• Design and implement AI-powered agents for triage, categorization, and decision support of natural-language exceptions and vendor issues
• Develop natural language matching and classification logic to resolve data quality and reporting anomalies
• Collaborate with Regulatory Operations and business stakeholders to map workflows and translate cognitive bottlenecks into automation
• Progress projects from proof of concept to scalable production-ready LLM applications
• Support long-term initiatives like rule-text interpretation, data sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code generation
