Security Identity and Access Management Specialist

Emergesoft is a company with 14 years on the market operating across 3 continents, employing around 100 people with over 90% at senior level. They handle high-scale digital transactions with 50 million transactions daily for a mobile wallet and manage 1 billion mobile money accounts.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and managing IAM systems.
• Strong expertise in MS Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols, directory services, RBAC/ABAC models, and identity governance.
• Practical experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools such as MS Copilot for Security and ChatGPT/Claude for script automation in security operations.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Fluent English language skills (B2/C1).

• Define, configure, and manage identity structures and access policies based on the Principle of Least Privilege.
• Oversee access reviews, directory services, and access control models across enterprise systems.
• Manage Microsoft AD and Entra ID environments enforcing authentication, RBAC, and conditional access policies.
• Utilize AI tools and AI-driven analytics to automate access reviews, detect anomalies in access logs, and generate deployment scripts and policies.
