Strictly 10+ years of software development experience (Mandatory).
Exceptional hands-on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong proficiency with Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, RTK Query, and React Query.
Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, component-driven development, design patterns, and Micro Frontend architectures.
High proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive web design.
Experience with modern build and development tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English is essential.

Guide and mentor development teams, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive frontend engineering best practices across the project.
Design, implement, and maintain reusable, scalable UI components and modern Micro Frontend architectures.
Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
Efficiently consume and integrate REST APIs to ensure seamless frontend-backend communication.
Ensure high frontend performance, strict adherence to accessibility standards, and flawless cross-browser compatibility.
Leverage modern AI-powered development tools (such as GitHub Copilot or similar assistants) to boost developer productivity and streamline software delivery.
