• Run the operating rhythm (business cadence) for the Private Cloud domain, own the cadence of key forums and facilitate some of them.
• Collaborate with Business Management teams, Risk teams, and Transformation and Portfolio Management teams to coordinate cross-team activities for key stakeholders from the Private Cloud domain.
• Prepare and optimise reporting to different audiences to reduce frictions and duplications, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Provide general PMO support for Private Cloud leadership and key stakeholders, helping drive clarity, progress tracking, and timely decision-making through the right forums and information.
• Support Head of Private Cloud Domain and People Managers with team administrations tasks and third party contract extensions.
