Senior IT Tester

• More than 10 years of experience in software testing
• Strong testing experience, preferably with PEGA and API testing within the Mortgages domain
• Tester mindset with attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in modern testing standards; ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus
• Manual testing skills (Functional, System & Integration, API, and PEGA)
• Experience with end-to-end testing
• Ability to work in international, cross-country environments
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and understand new tools and processes
• Experience with test management tools such as qTest, Xray, or HP ALM
• Experience defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems
• Agile team experience with practical use of Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of automated API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, Cypress)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience testing microservices-based architectures
• Experience with system testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile)

• Conduct continuous testing of newly created functions
• Maintain and update test cases and test management tools
• Manage daily test runs including execution and results review
• Plan and execute regression tests for every release
• Support team by early detection and communication of defects and issues
• Report defects including handling and verification
• Recommend appropriate actions for test executions
• Identify and expand test scenarios
• Perform end-to-end testing of applications and ecosystems
