Distributed Systems Engineer 4/5 - Cloud Platform Infrastructure Engineering Tooling

Cloud Infrastructure Engineering (CIE) builds and operates Netflix's foundational platform including compute, storage, networking, and performance infrastructure globally. The Cloud Infrastructure Tooling team in Warsaw develops internal tooling, developer-facing UIs, and shared services to support CIE's domain teams across compute, storage, networking, and performance engineering.

• 7 or more years of experience designing and building complex, scalable distributed data infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Go, or C++ with strong software engineering foundation.
• Practical understanding of at least one infrastructure domain: compute, distributed storage, cloud networking, or performance.
• Experience owning and delivering high-impact systems end-to-end in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Experience building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
