UX/UI Designer & Researcher

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with strong emphasis on user research.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Proven track record with complex applications and responsive UIs.
• Strong communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Experience in cybersecurity or highly technical environments is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React for design feasibility discussions.

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Analyze behaviors, pain points, and needs to generate actionable insights.
• Define user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to inform product priorities.
• Synthesize findings into clear problem statements, success metrics, and actionable recommendations.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Maintain a centralized repository of research insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with technical and business requirements.
• Monitor post-implementation user feedback and measure impact against predefined UX KPIs.
