Home journey is the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. The project involves working in a diverse, highly international environment with agile teams located in Nordic Countries, Poland, and India.

Wymagania

  • Must have financial domain knowledge, preferably in the Mortgage area
  • More than 5 years professional experience in Quality Assurance leadership roles managing various team sizes
  • Experience coaching, personal and team development, and innovative problem-solving
  • Experience with test management tools and managing functional, non-functional, E2E testing, test automation, test environment, and test data management
  • Extensive experience planning and following up system tests, system integration tests, and user acceptance tests, including reporting via dashboards and presentations
  • Documented experience as key leader in multiple projects, preferably with test automation background
  • Professional experience with web and API testing, DevOps, and automated CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
  • Knowledge and skills in Spark, Scala, and SAFe are considered very meritorious
  • Understanding of legacy systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with technologies: Java, Kafka, C#, Weblogic, SQL, mainframe (Cobol, ASP)
  • QA tools used: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, qTest, PowerBI, Jira
  • Experience managing tests on mainframe environments is a big advantage

Obowiązki

  • Leading the QA effort within the Agile Release Train (ART) initiative
  • Planning, implementing, executing, and reporting all required types and levels of testing per internal processes
  • Managing QA and test activities including functional, non-functional, integration, and end-to-end tests across ~4-6 scrum teams in a SAFe setup
  • Driving continuous improvement and best practices in testing
  • Ensuring availability of test environments and test data
  • Coaching and helping team members to enhance agility and delivery quality
  • Communicating clearly at ART level and below
  • Collaborating with ART leadership to mature testing efforts
  • Contributing to release readiness assessment and providing quality metrics for sign-offs
  • Ensuring timely end-to-end deliveries from a QA perspective
  • Providing input on test approach, strategy, and tools
  • Securing test enablers such as environments and data management
  • Ensuring test evidence is provided before going live
  • Aligning test scheduling with release and deployment plans
  • Identifying and resolving QA impediments, risks, and challenges
  • Proactively reporting test status, risk, progress, and improvement activities to IT and business stakeholders
  • Increasing test automation KPIs and coverage including design, development, maintenance, and operations
  • Aligning testing priorities with ART and Product Management, Business, Architects, Release Management, and Scrum Teams
  • Escalating quality risks, dependencies, and impediments when necessary
