Senior Product Engineer (TS/NodeJS/Vue)

Must-haves:

• Fullstack experience shipping customer-facing features using JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Product-minded approach focusing on users, workflows, and outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and either Vue or React.
• Enterprise SaaS mindset with understanding of security, reliability, scalability, auditability, and administration.
• Experience with scalable high-traffic SaaS systems and awareness of performance trade-offs.
• Experience with metrics and instrumentation ownership.
• Comfortable working with ownership in small to mid-size teams handling ambiguity.
• Collaborative mindset with knowledge sharing, code reviews, and mentorship.

Nice to have:

• Experience with identity, access, and security technologies like SSO, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, MFA, SCIM, RBAC, permissions, secrets management.
• Experience with SDLC and deployment workflows including Git-based workflows, versioning, testing, CI/CD, approval gates.
• Experience building integrations, APIs, SDKs, automation platforms, or developer tooling.
• Experience with observability and governance tools such as audit logs, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, SIEM integrations.
• Experience with OEM or partner platforms, multi-instance management, air-gapped deployments, or enterprise developer portals.
• OSS and community involvement with open-source contributions or side projects.

Enterprise product ownership:

• Own product surfaces from discovery to delivery including identity, access, governance, APIs, observability, environments, and enterprise integrations.
• Ship high-quality features rapidly across the TypeScript stack balancing usability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Product to translate complex needs into clear technical scopes and measurable outcomes.

Fullstack delivery across platform and product:

• Build and evolve customer-facing experiences using Vue or React.
• Develop scalable Node.js services and APIs supporting authentication, permissions, workflow lifecycle, observability, and integrations.
• Navigate frontend and backend codebases to maintain high team momentum.

Secure, scalable enterprise foundations:

• Build features controlling authentication, provisioning, RBAC, credential infrastructure, and secrets management.
• Support safe workflow delivery via environments, source control, versioning, testing, CI/CD validation, and deployment workflows.
• Enhance governance, observability, auditability, and runtime controls.

APIs, integrations, and extensibility:

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations, nodes, SDKs, and execution patterns.
• Design APIs, embed capabilities, and multi-instance management features.
• Instrument features end-to-end for impact measurement and debugging.
