DevOps Engineer

Meniga is working on software that runs inside real global banks, used by millions of people every day. They are undergoing a deliberate operational shift from an Azure-only environment to a genuine multicloud strategy including AWS, in the fintech sector.

• Real production experience running infrastructure at scale with real clients
• Minimum 5 years experience including at least 3 years with public clouds
• Experience across more than one cloud provider or leading cloud migration
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform with ability to audit IaC
• Comfortable working in regulated or high-stakes environments with security requirements
• Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code for work integration

Nice to have:

• Experience with Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Background in FinTech industry

• Drive the multicloud strategy end-to-end, designing, proving out, and operationalizing AWS alongside the existing Azure footprint
• Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation across environments
• Partner with engineering squads to make cloud migration decisions based on real client load
• Maintain reliability of production systems throughout infrastructure changes
• Integrate AI tools into the DevOps workflow including tooling, automation, and testing
• Push back against shortcuts that threaten reliability or security
