Technical Travel Specialist

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support, implementation, or client-facing technology roles
• At least 5 years of experience in the business travel and/or airline industry
• Technical proficiency in supporting Amadeus (GDS)
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis
• Proven experience in customer onboarding, data analysis, profile imports, gap identification, and post-implementation support in travel or related technology services

• Leading end-to-end testing and providing official go-live sign-off for new client implementations
• Supporting customer onboarding by attending implementation calls and managing company profile imports
• Identifying setup gaps or errors during onboarding
• Providing post-implementation support including Office ID mapping and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with Product Teams to develop new functionalities, conduct testing, and escalate technical issues
• Supporting Service Delivery teams by researching and escalating issues for timely resolution
• Contributing technical insight and support to large-scale cross-functional projects
• Applying creative and analytical thinking to research and resolve complex technical issues
