Integration Business Analyst

Craftware is a technology company of over 500 experts, empowering large organizations to solve complex business challenges with modern IT solutions - from sales systems and automation to data platforms and AI. They deliver end-to-end projects: analysis, architecture, implementation, development, and maintenance. The project focuses on creating a modern, scalable, and serverless Integration Mesh platform to ensure secure, flexible, and reliable data processing between internal and external systems within the Consumer Health domain.

• Proficient in working with APIs, including RESTful and SOAP services.
• Strong understanding of architectural concepts including microservices, monolithic, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with UML for system design.
• Experience with BPMN for business process modeling.
• Familiarity with data structures such as JSON and XML.
• Experience in end-to-end testing of integration solutions.
• Ability to work with offshore teams effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration services such as AWS.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).

• Design, test, and support both RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to analyze complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Use UML for system design and documentation.
• Model business processes using BPMN.
• Manipulate and transform data formats such as JSON and XML for integration purposes.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of integration solutions to ensure proper function across systems using tools like Postman.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with offshore teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
