Technical SME / AI Lead Developer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, technology solution delivery, requirements management, or related technical roles.
• Experience in building or deploying solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, process automation, or document generation.
• Practical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to translate business and architectural requirements into implementable solutions.
• Knowledge of AI workflows, agent orchestration, tool calling, and knowledge management in AI solutions.
• Programming skills to support prototyping, configuration, and integration processes.
• Understanding of data security, IAM, auditability, and non-functional requirements.
• Very good command of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Experience with platforms generating documents, reports, or investment proposals.
• Knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory processes.
• Experience with investment platforms such as Aladdin.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, prompt engineering, guardrails, model evaluation, and AI Governance practices.
• Knowledge of AI model risk, data privacy, and regulatory requirements on artificial intelligence.

• Design and develop AI applications generating proposals for Private Banking clients.
• Create and enhance workflows based on AI Agents, RAG mechanisms, and data/tool integrations.
• Design solutions for portfolio data retrieval, approved content search, and automatic proposal generation.
• Define business and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project dependencies.
• Produce project documentation, data mappings, business process descriptions, and support materials for implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Risk & Compliance teams and business stakeholders.
• Support development teams with business requirements, technical decisions, and regulatory constraints.
• Specify requirements on data quality, traceability, lineage, governance, and system integrations.
• Participate in architecture reviews, risk analyses, control activities, and implementation of Responsible AI principles.
• Define processes for monitoring, evaluation, and maintenance of AI solutions in production.
• Ensure compliance with security, auditability, and financial sector regulations.
