Product Designer

• 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
• Portfolio showcasing product design work
• Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Ability to think strategically about product and articulate design decisions
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions
• Ownership of design processes
• Focus on UX and understanding of human behavior
• Clean visual design sense with skills in typography and grids
• Strong problem-solving mindset and openness to challenges

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field
• Programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes
• Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customers and their needs
• Identify key metrics for projects and take ownership to achieve success
• Research and bring new findings to help reach company goals like launching in new territories or offering new features
• Design products from wireframing to end-to-end flows and prototypes, focusing on simplicity and detail
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops
• Implement technical solutions and present them in design reviews
• Review release performance, identify learnings, and enhance outcomes
