Operations Manager (Banking)

• 5+ years of banking experience
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Preferred experience with KYC, AML, or Onboarding
• Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
• Enjoy working with data
• Inherent curiosity and interest in making significant impact
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Finance, and global stakeholders to analyse and define the local banking strategy
• Create business cases based on requirements and drive execution plans
• Manage project prioritisation and support license applications
• Define playbook and process execution to achieve hyper-growth
• Manage and develop relationships with critical vendors and strategic partnerships

• Fluency in English and Polish is required
