Junior Business Analyst – AI & Operational Transformation

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Financial Services, or Operations
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Interest in process optimization, innovation, and AI solutions

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the implementation of operational and technology-driven initiatives
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare process documentation, reports, and workflow diagrams
• Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Support change management and stakeholder communication activities
