You will be responsible for extending and maintaining applications on our platform, ensuring clean and secure code while collaborating with product managers to transform user needs into technical solutions. The role involves software engineering tasks focused on backend development with Java v17, Spring Boot v3, and Docker, along with working with serverless technologies on AWS. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Wymagania

6-8 years of practical software engineering experience.
Experience with Java v17, Maven, Spring Boot v3, Docker, and Git.
Proficiency in developing applications with Docker and serverless technologies on AWS.
Passion for writing elegant code and continuous refactoring following SOLID principles.
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs in a microservices architecture.
Ability to perform thorough code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Knowledge of relational database design and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
Familiarity with agile processes, Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to have:

Experience with PHP including building and maintaining web applications.
Experience with front-end code, preferably using Angular.
Experience with caching solutions such as Redis, Memcached, or others.
Experience with streaming and queuing solutions like Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS.
Experience working on high-throughput transactional systems.
Knowledge of TDD and Pair Programming practices.
Knowledge of information security, ability to design and implement security measures.
