Wymagania
- Previous experience working as a Product Owner in a tech company
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment
- A tendency to proactively raise challenges and identify solutions
- Regular usage of AI tools, building agents or agentic workflows
- Work on a subscription-based B2C product is a plus
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience is a plus
Obowiązki
- Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders
- Manage the backlog
- Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals
- Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature
- Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities
- Take full ownership of one product line
