Wymagania

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology or similar experience.
5+ years of experience in forensics, incident response, or security operations.
Strong experience with Linux and MacOS including system internals, logging, and forensics.
Experience with Kubernetes and securing containerized environments.
Experience with security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and other security technologies.
Strong analytical skills to handle and interpret large data sets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for high-pressure situations.

Nice to have:

Experience at a cloud provider or hyperscaler.
Familiarity with Security Operations at enterprise scale.
Experience leading security analysts in daily duties.

Obowiązki

Be part of a 24/7/365 SOC with a rotating on-call schedule compliant with Polish labor laws.
Investigate security incidents including creating detections-as-code, analysis, containment, and remediation.
Utilize and query SIEM, EDR, and other security tools for real-time detection and response.
Conduct post-incident reviews to improve security defenses.
Collaborate with threat intelligence and detection engineering teams to identify and prepare for emerging threats.
Serve as the technical lead for SOC response workflows, guiding junior engineers and coordinating incident handling.
Improve tooling, automation, and processes to scale security operations.
Stay updated on industry best practices, threat trends, and relevant technologies.
