ServiceNow Solution Architect - Hrsd

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Solution Architect
• Practical knowledge of HRSD / HRSDM
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with REST API, IntegrationHub, and system integrations
• Knowledge of workflows, catalog items, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACL
• Experience in solution design and direct client collaboration
• Proficiency in English for effective cooperation in an international environment

Nice to have:

• 6 years of experience in a similar role

• Design architecture and solutions for ServiceNow, focusing on HRSD
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in workshops with clients and collaborate with stakeholders
• Design and develop integrations using REST API and IntegrationHub
• Develop processes, workflows, catalogs, and HR functionalities in ServiceNow
• Work with ServiceNow portals and user experience solutions
• Ensure data security via proper use of ACL
• Create technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and solution concepts
• Support development teams and make technical decisions
• Participate in design and implementation of solutions following Agile methodology
