The position contributes to developing environments and platforms supporting next-generation omnichannel banking systems in the banking sector, handling enterprise-class systems serving bank advisors, employees, and customers daily.

• Minimum 2 years experience as System Administrator, DevOps, or related position.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux (either RHEL or AIX).
• Knowledge of automation tools and CI/CD and RoD processes.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems in complex architectures.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Good communication skills and cooperative attitude.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms and AWS services.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools: Ansible, CloudFormation, AWS CDK.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Ability to use AI-based tools for automation and problem analysis.
• Knowledge of IT networking, security, and security configuration.
• Experience with database communication and application performance.
• Experience in banking or high availability and security demanding environments.

• Develop, maintain, integrate, and administer banking systems in containerized (Kubernetes, Docker) and unix (Linux RHEL, AIX) environments.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of platforms and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents at application, infrastructure, network, and integration layers.
• Participate in transformation projects including migrating banking systems to cloud environments.
• Analyze communication problems between systems, container configurations, and service availability.
• Develop and maintain release processes using GitLab, SVN, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Elastic.
• Monitor production and non-production environments and build dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana.
