Senior / Lead AWS Developer

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. Based in Poland with a global network, it covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience for Senior level; minimum 8 years for Lead
• Very good knowledge of AWS, especially Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM
• Practical experience with Python and writing testable, high-quality code
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
• Ability to independently diagnose AWS environment issues (from Lambda logs, Step Functions execution history, DynamoDB data)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level

• Develop and maintain backend on AWS and Python
• Design and develop data pipelines using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Databricks
• Create and evolve infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Develop API based on GraphQL / AWS AppSync
• Collaborate on frontend with React / TypeScript according to project needs
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and resolving technical issues
• Ensure quality, testability, and security of solutions
• (Lead level) Provide technical support and mentor less experienced developers, participate in architectural decisions
