Wymagania
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- University degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, IT, or similar
- In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Experience in digital analytics projects with tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is desirable
- Conceptual knowledge of integrating identity providers in web applications is desirable
- Demonstrable experience analyzing business demands and translating into system solutions
- Several years of IT experience, preferably in application development, and knowledge of software development and product life cycles
- Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Prince 2, PMI, Scrum)
- Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and multidisciplinary communication skills
- Proven track record of successful implementations with measurable business impact
- Consulting and collaborative working style fostering accountability and sharing
- High commitment and ability to handle various tasks
- Business acumen with the ability to view and present topics from a business perspective
Obowiązki
- Drive analysis of business requirements and document, test, and deliver IT system requirements
- Support analysis of system-related business processes and identify business process improvements
- Promote a consistent, automated, and resilient target system and data landscape across Munich Re Group
- Deliver project support including pre-study, application implementation, integration, and change projects
- Align, assess, and prioritize demands within business units, managing project and product backlogs
