Senior Drupal Developer

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. The company operates globally through an international network and covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Drupal.
• Knowledge of content types, taxonomy, views, menus, roles & permissions, configuration management, and publishing workflows.
• Experience working with PHP, Twig, Composer, Drush, and Git.
• Practical experience creating platforms with large amounts of content, portals, knowledge services, digital toolkits, or public websites.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams involving technology, UX, content, business analytics, and communication.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and clearly communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English, minimum B2/C1 level.

• Develop and configure digital services and platforms based on Drupal.
• Create and develop content structures, templates, views, and reusable components.
• Translate information architecture, UX/UI designs, and content models into functional Drupal solutions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content designers, business analysts, and communication teams.
• Support editorial processes, content management, quality control, and publication in the CMS.
• Work iteratively by participating in tests, collecting feedback from users and stakeholders, and refining solutions.
• Apply good practices for code and configuration management, including Git, code reviews, documentation, and release processes.
• Support the team in preparing solution concepts and client offers by providing knowledge and recommendations related to Drupal.
