Wymagania
- Engineering mindset and versatility with broad IT knowledge
- Knowledge or willingness to work with technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, Python, Elixir, or Blockchain technologies
- Commercial experience in software development
- Good command of English (daily client communication) and Polish (daily team communication)

- Work on projects for tech startups with rapid development cycles and frequent pivots
- Engage in quick releases with minimal legacy code
- Collaborate with clients daily in English and with the internal team in Polish
- Participate in knowledge sharing and exploring new technologies
