IQVIA provides scientific services including clinical trials, real world evidence, and consulting in all areas of the product lifecycle. The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team focuses on research incorporating the patient voice into development and commercialization of treatments, using qualitative, quantitative, and passive approaches. The team serves mostly life science and pharmaceutical companies.

• Minimum Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years clinical experience working with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder populations.
• At least 3 years clinical experience administering psychiatric assessments including the PANSS.
• Clinical trials experience preferred, especially in central nervous system (CNS) trials.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional interaction with personnel and clients.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Review scales administered by raters in clinical trials to ensure standardized assessments and data reliability.
• Evaluate quality of assessments through live interactions with raters, discussing methodology and scoring techniques.
• Evaluate case data and prepare for discussions with raters with relevant documents.
• Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled.
• Ensure timely submission of all documentation associated with assigned tasks.
• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Conduct functional assessments of rater performance (e.g., mock interviews) and assist in communications.
• Contact clinical trial participants remotely to administer assessments and document information.
