Junior Project Manager

The authorized Informatica Corp, Altair and KMS Lighthouse distributor in Poland and CEE providing licenses, implementation services, trainings, and onsite experts.

• Approximately 1–2 years of project work experience (Project Coordinator, PMO, Junior Project Manager)
• Experience in IT company or technology projects is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good work organization and deadline management
• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to organize information and relay key issues
• Independence and readiness to ask for support
• Interest in technology (data, cloud, analytics, AI)
• Communicative level of English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Experience with data, analytics, system integration projects, or software implementation
• Knowledge of budget, risk, and project scope management
• Agile/Scrum and PRINCE2 training or certifications

• Support Project Manager in ongoing organization and management of IT projects
• Prepare and update schedules, status reports, and project documentation
• Monitor task execution, deadlines, dependencies, and risks
• Coordinate information flow between project team, clients, and stakeholders
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas and summaries
• Prepare progress reports
• Support monitoring of project scope, budget, and resources
• Collaborate with technical team leaders and Data & AI specialists
• Participate in client meetings and gradually take responsibility for project areas
• Assist pre-sales team with schedules, estimations, and project materials
• Ensure smooth information flow and timely execution of agreements
