Lead Rust/Go Software Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in Rust or Go, with a background in distributed systems
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Knowledge of time-series databases such as QuestDB, KDB, or InfluxDB
• Understanding of capital markets / market data, including equities, derivatives, futures & options
• Proficiency in system design for scalable, fault-tolerant architectures
• Familiarity with Linux performance tuning and profiling tools
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have:

• Experience with streaming/messaging systems such as Kafka
• Familiarity with FIX protocol

• Design and build a distributed caching layer for high-throughput, low-latency market data distribution
• Leverage QuestDB to support fast data access across the platform
• Collaborate with Romania-based technical leads on architecture and integration decisions
• Support consolidation of feed handlers and connectivity layers across UL Link, T-Bricks, and CQG
• Define data models and schemas to support normalized market and reference data
• Optimize memory management and concurrency patterns for ultra-low latency workloads
• Participate in code reviews and mentor team members on distributed systems best practices
