• 5+ years Drupal development/site-building; ≥3 years professional Drupal web development
• Experience with Drupal content types, taxonomy, menus, views, roles & permissions, configuration management, CMS workflows
• Proficient in PHP, Twig, Composer, Drush, Git
• Experience with content-heavy platforms, portals, knowledge sites, public-facing web services
• Knowledge of accessibility, usability, performance, security, and maintainability best practices
• Ability to collaborate with UX, content, business analysis, communications, and technology specialists
• Ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English (C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience in public sector digital platform delivery (especially EU institutions)
• Experience with content marketing
• Knowledge of digital accessibility

• Provide hands-on Drupal development and site-building
• Design and deliver Drupal-based digital platforms and structured content experiences
• Collaborate with UX, content, business analysis, communications, and technology teams
• Communicate technical choices to non-technical stakeholders
• Deliver Drupal pages, content structures, templates, and reusable components
• Operate within distributed, cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments

Ideally:

• Work on projects for international public institutions, European Commission DGs, agencies, and public-sector bodies
• Apply knowledge of Drupal 9, 10, 11 and modern Drupal architecture
• Manage multilingual Drupal sites, content translation workflows, and localisation QA
• Engage in digital service design and content architecture collaboration
