Product Manager - AI Finance

BJAK started in 2019 and built the first mobile-first insurance platform accessible online by millions in Southeast Asia. The company is expanding its financial services offerings to include spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travelling. Teams around the world with over 20 nationalities work remotely and from offices to develop next-generation financial products.

• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work with engineers and designers to deliver actual products.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and capability to drive work with limited guidance.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is advantageous.

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Transform complex financial products into simple, usable customer experiences.
• Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to enhance product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and iterate continually.
• Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

This role is remote but strictly requires candidates to be based in Poland. English is the main working language with strong communication skills required.
