AI Engineer (Backend Engineer)

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in developing software for quantitative investment strategies (stocks/multi-asset strategies)
• Very good knowledge of modern programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
• Higher education (master's or doctoral degree) in computer science, machine learning, or a related field

• Collaborate with the team to develop production systems and applications based on machine learning
• Design, experiment, and evaluate AI/ML-based solutions
• Create, test, and maintain high-quality production-ready code
• Lead cross-team projects and demonstrate initiative and technical leadership
• Develop libraries and frameworks that support reliable and easily testable systems
