Senior Platform Engineer (Infrastructure - Developer Experience & Enablement Platform)

The role is part of the Developer Experience & Enablement Platform (DEEP) team, which provides reliable platform infrastructure, opinionated libraries, tooling, and golden paths to engineers. • 8+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade infrastructure and/or applications.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), infrastructure-as-code, and networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, ingress).
• Strong expertise in system design and full-stack development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from concept to production.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical growth.
• Holistic mindset focused on reliability, performance, developer experience, and long-term impact.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on delivering value.

• Experience with Go.

• Architect and build new intelligent platform capabilities, including AI-driven workflows.
• Write RFCs/ADRs and drive technical consensus.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure, shared libraries, and tooling supporting engineering teams.

This role requires the candidate to be based in or near Kraków, Poland, to spend approximately 60% of the week collaborating on-site and 40% working remotely.
