Senior Test Automation Engineer with Java and API

• 6+ years of proven experience in automated software testing, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of QA methodology including test planning, design, execution, defect management, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement.
• Experience in test automation including designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in test automation development using Java, RESTAssured, and Git.
• Experience in API testing for REST and SOAP APIs, integration flows, backend services, and data distribution processes.
• Experience in writing SQL queries and performing database testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins and/or Bamboo.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in UI testing using Selenium/Playwright is nice to have.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in coordination of testing activities across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of test management methods.
• Advanced English language skills.

• Develop and maintain existing test automation frameworks.
• Create regression tests and integrate them with CI/CD processes.
• Support the implementation of the "Automation First" approach.
• Cooperate with developers, analysts, Product Owners, and other teams.
• Support automation of both new features and existing products.
• Analyze test results and prepare test evidence.
• Use AI and GitHub Copilot to improve test automation efficiency.
• Mentor less experienced team members in test automation.
